Return policy

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if return items fail to meet the criteria above.

You have to make the return to our HQ office. Please contact our customer service before making a return. We only accept return and exchanges WITHIN 7 DAYS from the delivered date together with the proof of purchased. All items sold are NOT REFUNDABLE.

Exchange Policy

You are ALLOW to exchange to other item if you are not satisfied with your order (defective products/ wrong items/ does not fit/ damaged during shipment). And we only allow exchange for a product of equal or higher value for a ONE-TIME EXCHANGE.

If the price of exchange item exceeds the original item that you purchased. You are require to pay for the excess. However, if the exchange items are a lower price item, no refund are allow.
