Return Policy

  • You must manage the return before the established deadline:

Online shopping: you have 7 days from the shipping date of your order.
Shop at a physical store: you have 7 days from the date of purchase.

  • Return item must be in original condition, unworn, unused, unwashed with its labels. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if return items fail to meet the criteria above.
  • You have to make the return to our HQ office. 

Please contact our customer service before making a return. We only accept return and exchanges WITHIN 7 DAYS from the delivered date together with the proof of purchased. All items sold are NOT REFUNDABLE.

Exchange Policy

You are ALLOW to exchange to other item if you are not satisfied with your order (defective products/ wrong items/ does not fit/ damaged during shipment). And we only allow exchange for a product of equal or higher value for a ONE-TIME EXCHANGE.

If the price of exchange item exceeds the original item that you purchased. You are require to pay for the excess. However, if the exchange items are a lower price item, no refund are allow.

How do I make a return?

Follow the simple steps below to return your item(s):

Step 1. Contact our customer services
If you wish to return and exchange an item purchased online, please contact our customer services within 7 days of receiving your order. Please DO NOT return any items before receiving a confirmation respond from us.

Step 2. Return the parcel
All returns must be received within 7 working days (local orders) and 14 working days (international orders) from the date of returns confirmation made with our customer service. The return will be void if we do not receive your parcel within this time frame.
All return shipping fees will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to incorrect or defective item(s).

Please ensure all return packages are sent with fully trackable shipping method. We will not take any responsibility on any damaged or lost items during the transit.

Incorrect / Defective items for online purchases

We apologies if we have sent you an incorrect/defective item. Kindly contact our customer service at at Facebook / Instagram about this issue with your order number and a picture of the incorrect item or the defective area within 7 days upon receiving your order.

For the returns, all parcels must be sent back to our HQ with tracking number and postage fee receipt must be sent to our customer service.

We advise that all items are to be hand-washed and NOT soaked. We do not guarantee that the items will not be altered (colour runs, size shrinks etc) after washed or soaked, and if this happens, we will not be responsible and no return request due to this reason will be entertained. An exchange will be done if the item(s) sent to you is deemed defective.

If the item is no longer in stock, we will offer a replacement item in which you may choose other products equal to the value.

Return postage fees for returns / replacement items will be absorbed by us (For WM maximum is RM8 / For EM maximum is RM14)
We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not fulfil our returns policy.


We reserves the right to deny the refund and exchange via online or within the same store request if the item(s) does not meet the Return Policy requirements above.
